Kasia’s Stone Art – Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kasia’s Stone Art. We hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our policy carefully.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with EU and Greek consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Kasia’s Stone Art) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., an email). Please contact us at info@kasiasstonesart.gr including your order number and intention to return.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Conditions for Return (Right of Withdrawal)

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging intact.
You are responsible for handling the goods only to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, similar to how you might handle them in a physical store.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or deduct from the refund if the item shows signs of use, damage, or is not in a resalable condition due to handling beyond what is necessary.

3. Return Shipping Costs (Right of Withdrawal)

You (the customer) will be responsible for paying the direct costs of returning the item(s) when exercising your right of withdrawal.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original standard shipping (as applicable) will be included in the refund, but the cost of return shipping will not be reimbursed.

4. Refunds (Right of Withdrawal)

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Bank Transfer or Credit/Debit Card via Viva Wallet).
We will process the refund without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back the goods supplied.
The refund will cover the cost of the item(s) returned plus the initial standard delivery cost paid (if any). If you opted for a more expensive delivery type than our standard option, we are not required to refund the supplementary cost.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging our products. However, if you receive an item that is damaged upon arrival or if you received the incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receiving the order) at info@kasiasstonesart.gr.
Please provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or the incorrect item.
In cases of confirmed damage during transit or errors on our part (incorrect item sent), we will arrange for the return of the item at our expense and offer you the choice of:
- A full refund (including original shipping costs).
- A replacement item sent to you free of charge (subject to availability).
- A repair, if applicable and agreed upon.
Do not dispose of damaged items or packaging before contacting us, as we may need them for insurance claims or inspection.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded under the right of withdrawal, unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

7. How to Initiate a Return

Please contact us first at info@kasiasstonesart.gr to inform us of your intention to return and the reason (withdrawal or damaged/incorrect item).
We will provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address (Kasteli Kissamos, Chania, Greece, P.O. 73400). Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
